of hundreds of variables, a series of simple workplace questions
to spark employee-management with measurable results.
The primary goal was to identify and measure
the elements of worker engagement linked to improved business
outcomes be they sales, productivity, customer loyalty
and generation of value. These are Gallups 12 questions:
