US seed investor Fred Destin is asking the hard question about business mentality. He says businesses need to modify their longing for order and embrace chaos, and the way to do this is by maintaining a start-up mentality.
He says in an age of chaos marked by accelerated change and unpredictability only a start-up mentality can thrive. He says work environments must be adapted towards goals, flow and purpose – status and career are fleeting, inspiration and meaning are not.
