Traits For Entrepreneurs

In tough times an entrepreneurial spirit might be the difference between your business staying afloat or going bust. Here are five traits which make a good entrepreneur.
1. It’s not just the idea. Where people go wrong is in thinking the idea is the most important thing. Ideas are actually not hard to find – it’s the execution with the right people which makes the difference.
2. It’s all about the team. To succeed you need a superior team of like minded people with skills and abilities to complement your own.
3. Just say no. “No” motivates the true entrepreneur. “No” makes the real entrepreneur want to prove the nay-sayers wrong.
4. Get obsessed. Find a business you are passionate about and stay obsessed with it. Entrepreneurs never have the business out of their mind.
5. Trust your gut. You can’t analyse everything, but if you know your business well, you can trust your intuition. If you are getting hung up on one or two things, there’s probably a very good reason.
